Edge works closely with NAB on content-marketing to business customers, providing editorial weight and credibility through three segmented monthly newsletters to engage and inform distinct national audiences – Business Banking, Health and Agribusiness – that command a three-times-industry-average open rate. Biannual magazine Business View provides further credibility and opportunity for the bank to engage with its audience.

Edge provides strong journalistic digital and print content for NAB's Business Banking division that reinforces NAB's ongoing reputation as a thought leader. Edge is responsible for delivery – from concept to html web file creation – of three national e-newsletters for NAB's Business Banking, Health and Agribusiness sectors as well as Business View, a bi-annual 32-page gloss colour magazine sent to NAB's SME customers (soon to be published as a digital magazine as well).

Edge applies a 360º commissioning model to Business View, for example filming magazine interviews, providing readers with more content and more choices of how to digest that content, as well as creating more value and a greater return on investment for NAB.

Being responsible for such diverse content streams reflects Edge’s ‘can-do’ attitude and professionalism. We’re thrilled with the consistently high click-through rates across the three e-newsletters – proving the e-newsletters’ relevancy to the bank’s key business clients - along with the continually positive feedback we receive on the magazine.
